The SD's were only available from late '85-87, during the time period Jason Donnell & George 'Chicken' Seevers were on the CW 'Factory' Team. The model was created to capitalize on their popularity at the time. Both of them were beast's on the track, plus it didn't hurt that Jason's Dad was the CW Team Manager at the time. Far as production numbers go, I would say around 200 were made.
